Please send a description of the problem along with the license key that you are using via email to support at cogent dot ca and we'll take a look at how best to remedy this situation for you.

In that case, I don't understand your question. If you are running the software without a license, it is running in demo mode and you can use the latest version from our web site, so the OPC configuration is as your first image shows. If you are using a license for version 6.4.2 then it is locally installed on your machine, and you have access to it. In that case, we need to see the license information to determine what kind of upgrade is available to you. I know you would not want to post your license key in a public forum, which is why I suggested email.

my question is not related to the licenses.
if you can please have a look at the images, when i upgraded the server to a newer version i no longer can manually add items on the OPC section. i used to be able to do that on the demo (older) version.
now that i have the newer version i see that the CONFIGURE ITEMS screen has changed and doensnt have the hability to manually add tags from other opc servers.

hope you can help me

Indirectly, your question does involve the license key. The license key determines which versions you can run. I can't really answer your question if you cannot tell me which versions you are able to run. You can do that be telling me the license key you are using.

I am trying to help you.

let me try to get the license. i need to talk to the network manager, since the software is running on a remote server.
do you have different types of licenses?? do they enable/disable specific features on the server???
