IP_TaskCreate
IP_TaskCreate — creates a new task structure.

Arguments
- nid
- A node ID.
- pid
- A process ID.
- chid
- A channel ID.
- name
- The name of the task.
- domain
- The domain name, or NULL.
- qname
- A queue name, or NULL.
- security
- Unused, should be 0.
- userdata
- A pointer to user-defined data, or NULL.
Returns
The new task structure, or
NULL if there was insufficient memory to
perform the allocation.
Description
This function creates a new
task structure, and calls IP_TaskSetInfo.
